Hot Hawaiian Summer

Hot Hawaiian Summer

It sure has been hot this summer in Hawaii!
While we've been able to operate in the past without air conditioning, we've decided to go for it!

It has been so hot that contractors are having a hard time sending out estimates.
It'll be about 2 months out before everything is finished.
We hope to provide the most pleasant experienced once the kitchen is remodeled with the air conditioning units.
We'll be taking a break until then! Thanks!

September 2012

We currently have openings for Tuesday (4th) and Friday (14th) classes as listed below.

All other classes have been filled up.

4th, 5th, 6th, 7th : Fideua

Fideua is Paella made with pasta instead of rice.  This is a easier to make than the rice based Paella and just as tasty!

Included in the menu for this lunch demo are: small tapas, salad, Fideua, and a Cremem brulee.

6 persons per class / demo and lunch / $65

11th, 12th, 13th, 14th : Chocolate Coated Fruit Cake

The cake itself is a seasonal fruit butter cake (could be raspberry, cherry, orange peel, apple, etc).  It's good enough without the chocolate, but the chocolate make a bit difference in taste and appearance.  We'll be using a chocolate specifically made for coating so it'll be easy.  We should end up with a cake just as beautiful (if not more) than most shops; very giftable.
